Ordering – Interested
in a partcular item? Just let us know. Orders are taken email
or regular mail and if you want to see an item in person, you may also make an appointment
to view items that are currently for sale. To make an appointment,
please email us first.
We accept Check or Money Order. Payments must be made in U.S. dollars only. Sales in Virginia
or items shipped to a Virginia address are required to pay 5% sales
tax.

Return Policy– All
sales are final for restored phonographs. There is a 15% return charge
for items under $250. Shipping costs are not reimbursable. 
Shipping– We
have local delivery available and use United Parcel Service (UPS)
as our primary shipper, but use other shippers as well. Most packages
are prepared in-house for shipment. Machines are packaged using
double walled cardboard boxes and are usually lined with styrofoam
panels and stuffed with peanuts. Items shipped by UPS are insured.
Books and other small items are shipped by Priority Mail from the
U.S. Post Office.
