1918 Victor Victrolas VIII

The 1918 Victor Victrola VIII was manufactured by The Victor Talking Machine Co. from 1911 to 1924 and was originally priced between $40.00 to $50.00. This version of the Victor Victrola VIII is oak and comes with a double-spring motor and a Victrola No. 2 Reproducer. The matching oak cabinet was produced specifically for the Victor Victrola VIII. There are 4 scoop-outs on the matching cabinet where the feet of VV-VIII fit into nicely. The 1918 Victor Victrola XVII was manufactured by The Victor Talking Machine Co. from 1916 to 1921 and was originally priced between $250.00 to $615.00. This version of the Victor Victrola XVII is Mahogany and comes with a four-spring motor, and a gold plated Victrola No. 2 Reproducer. Considered the top-of-the-line replacement for the Victrola XVIII.
